Es gibt in der Schweiz eigentlich nichts, was nichts kostet. 

Am Sonntag waren wir bei IKEA. Ja, und sogar dort kostet der Parkplatz Gebühren, und das obwohl man da einkauft. Natürlich muss man auch immer mehr pro Stunde bezahlen, je länger man bleibt. Also bloss schnell wieder raus aus IKEA ... Ich freue mich schon, wenn ich jetzt immer mit dem Auto zur Uni fahre und jeden Tag Geld in die Parkuhr einschmeissen muss. Dies setzt jedoch voraus, dass ich einen Parkplatz finde, auf dem man länger als vier Stunden parken darf.

Auch die Müllentsorgung kostet hier dreifach. Hier bezahlt man nicht nur die Müllabfuhr und kauft die Müllsäcke, nein hier muss man zusätzlich eine Müllmarke käuflich erwerben. Jedes Mal, wenn man dann den Müll entsorgen will, klebt man eine Müllmarke auf den Müllsack. Wenn man dies nicht tut, oha!, dann kommen die Mülldetektive und suchen dich.
Es ist aber doch schön zu wissen, das die reine Bergluft der Schweiz noch umsonst ist.
Und einmal im Leben Schweizer gewesen zu sein, ist unbezahlbar...

Erkenntnis der Woche: "Odr" (oder) am Satzende verlang keine Bestätigung der Aussage. Es ist vielmehr ein Ausrufezeichen das die Aussage bestätigt.

 In Switzerland there is actually nothing for free.

On sunday we went to IKEA. Yes, and even there one has to pay for the parking, eventhough one is shopping there. of course, one has to pay even more per houre the more time one spends there. So, hurry up and get out fast of the IKEA... I am already looking forward to go to uni by car and have to pay everyday for the parking meter. Anyway, this requires that I find a parking place where it is allowed to stay more than four hours.

Even the waste disposal costs triplicates. Over here one does't pay just for the waste collection and buys rubbish bags, no, overe here one needs to purchase a special trash-badge. Every time one wants to dispose of the garbage, one needs to stick a trsh-badge on the rubbish bag. If you don't do that, watch out!, then the waste-detectives will come and search you.

But it is good to know that the claer Swiss mountain air is still for free.

And to be Swiss one time in your life has no price...
